Laptop Shell

Posted by Joeb on March 24, 2008

I’ve just noticed that the bottom left corner of my laptop casing is cracked - to the point where a little bit has actually come off! :( I’m not very impressed with this, as checking the bottom right (i.e. bottom right left when working on it) reveals that has a crack as well.

I think I’ll end up taking it back to Currys and complaining, I only had the laptop for ~6 months, which means it’s still under warranty :)

Uh oh, don’t tell them you have run Linux on it, they might void the warranty because of that! I wish I was kidding, but there was some slashdot article on it in the past.

I think I could prove that it has absolutely bugger all to do with the physical side of it (hard drive excluded)
