		<description>@RYC- Do you have widgets installed? If so, add the meta widget to your blog, and the register link should appear. This is what people will use to subscribe to your blog. From there, I use a combination between the Role Manager and Email Users plugins to let people know when I update. I hope this helps!!</description>
