As I mentioned in an earlier blog post, my Xbox 360 died on me the other day.
I emailed Microsoft support, and they then emailed me a UPS label to print, but based on the fact it’s not my fault it’s broken, I figured "why should I print the label?!" So I instead phoned Xbox customer support.
They told me that I would get the label sent to my home address, however that was around 3-5 days ago, and UPS are infinitely better than the Royal Mail, so I knew there was something up there.
I’ve just got off the phone with Xbox support again, and told them to send me the label via email, because I don’t seem to get post anymore, so I’ll print the label at Uni, and then phone UPS.
